Four renovations with every element carrying its status - existing, demolished, new or temporary - so the Existing, Demolition, Proposed and Works drawings, the 3D ink, the schedules, the Works deck and the IFC all read one model: a terrace house opened into a rear extension with a steel over the old back wall and the props that hold it; a stone barn converted under a new mezzanine; an office floor stripped out and fitted out behind a dust screen; a bungalow taken down behind its retained front wall and a two-storey house built behind it.
