Calq Build, the whole Calq modeller with cloud save: 24 kinds of BIM element and 21 kinds of view, the engines (a storey of flats laid out in three checked options, units that repeat, massing, the Brush and the Spine, domes and minarets), the client brief tracked room by room with its sign-off, drafting details drawn from the model, ISO 19650 file naming, the sun and shadow study, the site from the map, topography, IFC, DWG and DXF import, sheets with the PDF print of a sheet, presentations with a public link, and walkthroughs, in 3 projects with up to 10 models each and 1 GB of storage. Every export is included: IFC (IFC4, IFC 4.3, IFC2X3), DXF, COBie, gbXML, PDF sheet sets and the walkthrough video. ChatGPT, Claude or another assistant can connect and model on your account too, and you can join any model someone invites you to, at no cost. Your first AI building is free as well: 1,500 Calq AI credits, once, with no card. No card is needed for any of it: you can start drawing on calq.live without an account, and saving creates your free account.

Calq AI is the AI inside Calq. You ask in words, attach a brief, a sketch or a spreadsheet, and it builds and edits the BIM model with you: whole buildings from a brief, rooms, facades, sheets and schedules, every change undoable. Your first building with it is free, with no card; after that it comes with Professional and Studio, with the AI design tools (design options, reading a plan or photo into a model, AI renders, select by words).

Two. First AI building free, no card: every free account gets 1,500 Calq AI credits once, with no date they run out. Then Professional and Studio start with a 14-day trial: Calq AI and 3,000 AI credits for the whole trial. The trial is the one step that takes a card: checkout on Stripe takes it, and nothing is charged until the 14 days end; then the plan is charged unless you cancel before, in the billing portal. Cancelled, the account moves to Free and nothing you made is deleted. One trial per account; a Studio trial holds up to 10 seats.

A credit is a slice of Calq AI's work: a small edit is 50 to 200 credits, a whole building from a brief about 1,000. Unused monthly credits do not roll over. Extra credits come in packs (10,000 for $15, 50,000 for $60) and last 365 days. Professional carries 25,000 a month; Studio 40,000 a month for each member. Calq Build itself, drawing by hand, never spends a credit.

On Professional you can invite up to 5 people to each of your models: they edit with you live, you see each other's cursors and selections, and you comment and @mention each other on the model. The people you invite never pay to join, even on Free. Studio removes the limit, and adds a studio space you own, where every member opens and edits every member's models.

Professional is one person's plan: Calq AI, 25,000 AI credits a month, unlimited projects and models, and up to 5 people on each model. Studio is for a practice, priced per seat (2 seats or more): you own the studio, you add and remove its members, make admins and set the seats in one place, every member opens and edits every member's models, and there is no limit on the people on a model. Each member gets everything in Professional with 40,000 AI credits a month, on one invoice, with priority support.

The first 100 Professional subscribers pay $49 a month instead of $79, and the first 20 studios $99 a seat a month instead of $149. The price holds for 12 months from your first payment, then the subscription renews at the list price; the Stripe checkout says so before you pay, and you can cancel at any time. It is on monthly billing, and a place is taken by the first payment, after the trial.

Calq AI pauses until the next month, or you add a credit pack (10,000 for $15, 50,000 for $60) from your account; a pack lasts 365 days and is spent only after the month's own credits. Calq Build never stops: drawing, exporting and working together need no credits.

On every plan, Free included, a model goes to Revit, and to any BIM tool, as IFC. The Calq add-in for Revit, which will send elements into your open Revit model as native elements and pull edits back, is coming soon: it cannot be downloaded yet, and it will come with Professional and Studio.

Yes, on every plan, Free included. Add the Calq address to your assistant, sign in with your Calq account and allow it; it can then build and change the models on your account when you ask it to, with its own model doing the thinking. The tools that run AI on Calq (reading a drawing or photo, AI renders) are kept for a paid plan. Account, Assistants shows the address and lets you disconnect at any time.

Yes. Cancel from your account (Manage billing); you keep the plan until the end of the period you paid for. Your projects and models stay on your account if you come back later.

If you ask within 14 days of your first payment for a plan, we refund it in full: write to [email protected] from the address of your account. After that we do not refund partial periods. A credit pack is refunded in full while none of its credits has been spent.

Yes, at up to 20% off: Professional is $756 a year ($63 a month) and Studio $1,428 a seat a year ($119 a month). The founding price is on monthly billing.

Your projects are not used to train AI models. Your models are private to your account and the people you invite, payments are handled by Stripe (Calq never sees your card), and you can delete your account and everything on it yourself. The privacy policy says what is collected and why.
