Site and topography
Calq reads the ground from what a surveyor hands over, says what was wrong with it, and lets you grade it and seat the building on it.
Bringing the survey in
- A coordinate list: CSV, TXT, XYZ or PNEZD
- A spreadsheet of points
- Contours from a CAD drawing (DXF or DWG)
- LandXML or GeoJSON
- The ground from an IFC
- A sketch, or a ground described in words
The survey screen
A typed level never quietly becomes the ground. Repeated points are kept once, clashing points are reported, and spikes are left out and named, so you can see which rows of the survey were not used and why.
Working the ground
- Grade a platform, cut a swale, set a ground level, sketch contours
- Cut a profile across the site
- Look from a point
