A Calq model is one live model in the cloud: the people you invite and the assistants you connect all work on the same one, and what one changes the others see.
People on a model
- Professional: invite up to 5 people to each of your models; Studio: no limit
- Edit together live: each person's cursor and selection is drawn in every view, the plan, the 3D, the elevations and the sheets
- Comments on the model, with @mentions of the model's people, who are told by email
- Brief owner, designer, reviewer and approver roles on a model
- The people you invite never pay to join, even on Free
The studio space
On Studio you own the studio: every member opens and edits every member's models, and you manage its members, admins, seats and one invoice.
Assistants
ChatGPT, Claude and any client of the Model Context Protocol connect at https://api.calq.live/mcp, sign in with your Calq account (OAuth 2.1) and build and edit your models with Calq's tools, the thinking done by the assistant. What an assistant does shows on the boards open on that model. It works on every plan, Free included; the tools that run AI on Calq's side are kept for a paid plan.
